For every consecutive year that returning customers purchase a policy, a 1% discount is applied to their premium. The discount will be automatically calculated on your policy application. Once the 5% maximum is reached, this discount will remain for every subsequent year coverage is purchased.
For example, if a customer purchased a policy with AG Direct for the first time in 2025 and returns to purchase again in 2026, that customer will receive a 1% premium discount. That discount will grow to 2% in 2027 and increase each consecutive year they purchase until it reaches the maximum of 5%.
In addition to a Customer Loyalty discount, you may be eligible for a Claims Free discount beginning in spring 2026!
Starting in 2026, customers with no claims in the 2025 season will earn a 1% discount on their 2026 policy premiums. Customers will earn an additional 1% savings on their policy premiums for every future, consecutive, claims free year to a maximum of 5%.
If you are new to AG Direct Hail for the 2026 season or are a returning customer that had a claim in 2025, you will have the opportunity to earn the claims free discount for the 2027 season. The Claims Free Discount is calculated and automatically applied during the application process.
The Claims Free Discount can be earned in addition to your Customer Loyalty Discount.
